Session Information Updates Due. All updates to presenter information and session descriptions must be made through the platform by this date to be included in the conference program. Change in schedule requests will be honored through this date.

Grant Requests Due. Deadline for focus groups to apply for any grants associated with registration subventions, artist fees, etc. in conjunction with the main conference.

July 1, 2021

Conference Registration Deadline. Presenters must be registered for the conference by this date for their name and paper to be listed in the virtual listing and in the printed program.

The above deadlines allow the ATHE staff the required information and time to execute the many logistics necessary to make a conference happen. The ATHE staff will communicate any updates to the tasks and timelines as the current situation requires. We understand the impact of the current situation on everyone's time and schedule so please let us know if you feel for any reason that one of the above deadlines will not be tenable.
