Reservation Dates for the Discounted Rates
You may reserve rooms at this rate up to seven days pre-conference (beginning 7/17/2014) and up to three days post-conference (07/30/2014) depending upon whether or not rooms are available.

Deposit, Cancellation
A deposit of one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. The deposit will be refunded if you notify the hotel at least three (3) working days prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.

Early Departure Fee
An early departure fee equal to one night’s room and tax will be charged to any guest who departs earlier than the date confirmed at check-in. The fee will be posted automatically to the guest folio on or after departure. Be sure to inform the front desk upon check-in if your departure date has changed.

Check In/Out Times
Check-in time is 4 p.m.; check-out time is 12 p.m. All guests arriving before 4 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.
