Vice President for Awards Dassia Posner and the awards committee are pleased to announce the finalists for the Outstanding Book, Excellence in Editing, Jane Chambers Excellence in Feminist Playwriting, and Judith Royer Excellence in Playwriting Awards.

This finalist announcement is new to the ATHE awards process this year. Our goal, both now and into the future, is to provide a formal and public way to celebrate truly outstanding works and to highlight the broad range of excellence in our field.

Shortly before the start of this summer's virtual conference in July, Vice President Posner and the awards committee will announce the winners of all of this year’s awards.

All finalists are listed alphabetically by author last name. The cover image for each book is linked to more information.
