As you may already know, the Department of Theatre at York is currently searching for an Assistant Professor of Acting/Directing. We were grateful to receive many excellent applications in response to our posting last fall and we continue to review these applications with enthusiasm. For reasons unrelated to the quality of these applications, we have elected to extend the search. If you have previously written in support of one or more candidates, please know that all current applications are still very much under consideration. However, we are also keen to encourage early-career researchers with profiles that will expand the range and diversity of work and experience within the Department.
