As an incorporated 501(c)3 organization, the Association's work is guided by a set of by-laws [6].

The Governing Council and Focus Group representatives use the operations manual to help them in the work of the association. The Operations Manual [7] is currently being revised. Once revisions are complete, the manual will be posted on the site.

The Governing Council and Operations Committee meet regularly to conduct the association's business. When minutes [8] of those meeting are available, they will also be posted on the site.
