Registration Fees
Register by the early bird deadline of May 31 to receive the following discounted registration rates:

Individual (ATHE Member)
   $260.00
Organizational (1st Registrant)   $325.00
Organizational (All Other Registrants)    $225.00
Student / Retired / Unemployed    $160.00
Non-member
   $360.00
Spouse/ Significant Other
   $250.00



How to Register 
Registering Online
When the link to register online is ready, it will be posted here. Simply click the link and follow the directions.

Registering by Mail or Fax
When the form becomes available, it will be posted here. Simply click the link, print out the form, fill it out, and fax to Complete Conference Coordinators at (630) 416-3333 or mail to the address on the form. 


Registration Cancellation
The registration fee will be refunded, minus a $25 administrative cancellation fee, if notice is received by mail or fax by July 20. All cancellations must be in writing; phone cancellations are not accepted. Refunds for workshops will be offered only if the event is cancelled or is filled at the time your registration is received. 


Organizational Registration Fees
Please note this change in organizational registrations.
To qualify for the Organizational Registration fees, the institution must be an ATHE organizational member. The registration fees listed are by 1st registrant, 2nd, etc. For example, if you are sending four participants, the first person will pay $325, all other registrants pay $225.

At the Hyatt Century Plaza, the conference registration desk will be open the following hours:

Monday, August 2
  5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, August 3
  8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 4
  8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, August 5
  8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Friday, August 6
  7:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

 

Student Fellowship Fund
For ATHE student members interested in applying for a Fellowship Fund Grant to reimburse you for your conference registration fee, please submit a letter requesting this grant with your registration form. Fellowship recipients are asked to provide six (6) hours of volunteer assistance during the Conference. You must be an ATHE student member to apply for a Fellowship Fund Grant. Fellowships are limited. Awardees will be notified prior to the conference in order to schedule their hours. Fellowship recipients should check-in at the Conference registration desk to confirm their volunteer schedules.
