Sleeping Room Rates
The Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel rates for the ATHE confernece are:
$189 US single/double occupancy
$214 triple occupancy
$239/quadruple occupancy
plus 14 % sales tax per night.

These rates are available beginning on 7/31. Based on availability, these group rates will be given three days before and three days after the conference.

Reserve your room at these special rates by July 9, 2010. After this date, rooms are booked on a space available basis only.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (a confirmation will be provided) to receive a refund of the required 1 night’s room deposit.

Requirements
Payment of one night’s stay is required to hold each person’s reservation. This deposit, upon check-in, will be applied to the first night and/or final night of the reserved stay. This guarantee of payment ensures that a room will be held for your first day of arrival only. If you do not arrive, the room will become available for resale at 6:00 am the following morning. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. Check In/Out Time Check-in time is 3 p.m.; check-out time is 12 noon. All guests arriving before 3 p.m. will be accommodated as rooms become available.
