To apply for the Leadership Development Institute, you should first obtain a letter of recommendation for the program from your chair or dean.

Then, download the application form [1] (which is in Microsoft Word format) to your computer, fill it out, save it as a word document, and e-mail it to Barbara Korner (bok2@psu.edu) along with your current curriculum vitae.

E-mail is the preferred method of submission.
