ATHE Leadership Institute ® Featuring Innovation Through Collaboration - Applications Due May 15

The ATHE Leadership Institute ® is Tuesday, July 22 through Thursday, July 24. The focus of this year's institute is Innovation through Collaboration. Presenters are leaders who have found ways to collaborate and encourage innovations in their theatre programs. The final day of this year's institute will be hosted at Arizona State University by Jake Pinholster, an ATHE Leadership Institute® alumnus and ASU's Director of Film, Dance and Theatre, and Steven Tepper, the new Dean of the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. Questions about Conference Sites? - Here Are Some Answers

The Committee on Conferences to be chaired by Chase Bringardner (VP for Conference 2013) and consisting of several past conference chairs as well as representatives from a broad sampling of focus groups has been charged with developing a policy to better align ATHE’s conference site selection process with our mission, vision, and values. Advocacy Committee Offerings Featured at ATHE 2014

The Advocacy Committee is pleased to present two events at this year's conference to highlight advocacy as an artistic tool and way to interrogate our own work: "Creating and Sustaining Interactive Socially Engaged Theatre," an interactive theatre pre-conference, and "The Grand Canyon State: Engaging with Place at ATHE," a series of performances.
