Leadership Institute Application

To apply for the Leadership Development Institute, you should first obtain a letter of recommendation for the program from your chair or dean.

Then, download the application form (which is in Microsoft Word format) to your computer, fill it out, save it as a word document, and e-mail it to Barbara Korner (bok2@psu.edu) along with your current curriculum vitae.

E-mail is the preferred method of submission.
