Jonathan Chambers is associate professor in the Department of Theatre and Film at Bowling Green State University. His essays and reviews have appeared in Theatre Symposium, Theatre History Studies, Theatre Annual, New England Theatre Journal, Theatre Journal, Modern Drama, Victorian Studies, Theatre Survey, and Journal of American Drama and Theatre. He is author of the book, Messiah of the New Technique: John Howard Lawson, Communism, and American Theatre, 1923-1937 (Southern Illinois University Press, 2006) and has served as editor of Theatre Topics.

The Vice President for Research & Publications chairs the Research & Publications Committee.
