The Tenure and Promotion Subcommittee of the Professional Development Committee has worked diligently to create a series of Tenure and Promotion Guidelines that can be used by theatre department chairs, University administrators, and those on the tenure track as:
- an explanation of the process and the expectations for academic activities
- and an outline of the professional standards for candidates from the field of theatre who are pursuing tenure and promotion.
